1. Build Your Custom Menu
Our catering is designed for simplicity and flavor. For your party of 10 people, you build the perfect menu by selecting:

• 1 Protein
  Choose from options like:
  Beef Steak with Peppercorn Sauce, Garlic Butter Sea Bass, Salmon, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, or South African Spiced BBQ Chicken.

• 2 Starches
  Pick two from:
  Haitian Black Rice, Jollof Rice, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Cajun Corn, or Crawfish & Shrimp Eggrolls.

• 1 Vegetable or Salad
  Select one from:
  Caesar Salad, Roasted Veggies, Garlic Broccolini, or Rainbow Chard Salad with Carrot Dressing.

2. Place Your Order
Advance Notice Required: All catering orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure the freshest ingredients and careful preparation.

Finalize your menu selections and complete your order by contacting us directly.

3. Delivery & Setup Options
We offer two convenient ways to receive your meal:

• Delivery Only – Your food arrives ready to serve.

• Full Setup Service – We deliver, set up your meal, and provide all utensils, plates, and servingware.

Delivery is available within zip 10456 15-mile radius of the Bronx. A $50 delivery fee applies. Full setup service includes an additional $150 setup fee.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll coordinate the delivery time with you.
